How does it work?

Select you quantity of wood using our stove size guide, sign up today and receive your first delivery within 2 working days. You will receive your monthly delivery on that day every month*. Then just sit back and relax knowing you will never have to order firewood again.

What happens in summer?

Obviously, we don’t light our fires/stoves as much if at all in summer. You can cancel or freeze your subscription at any time. Saying that, kiln-dried hardwood is also great for pizza ovens and outdoor fire pits too – creating much less smoke so you will have the option to continue the subscription through the summer or reduce it accordingly.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, of course. If you don’t like the product (unlikely) or your circumstances change, just give us a call within 5 working days of your next scheduled payment and we will stop the subscription for you.

Where is the wood from?

Unlike many other kiln dried firewood retailers we don’t import our wood from Europe, it is all from sustainable sources here in Northern Ireland. As well as supporting our local forestry industry, there is a much smaller chance of finding a foreign spider in your bag.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime, just click on my account and change your order quantity as required.

How do I know it’s Kiln Dried?

Take two pieces of wood, clap them together, and listen. Still not convinced? We are authorised by FSC100. All our wood is tested regularly with a moisture meter before leaving the kiln.
